REFUND POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of placing your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Exchanges are not allowable at this time.

All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/customer and are non-refundable.

For products received damaged during shipping, buyer may send clear photos of the invoice, shipping packaging and damaged item(s) in lieu of returning within 30 days of placing the order for a full 100% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. After 30 days of placing the order, the refund is 50% of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Products that are lost and never received by buyer are eligible for a full 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of placing the order, excluding shipping costs. After 30 days of placing the order, the refund is 50% of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Products never received are subject to tracking review and research before refunds are processed. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

All refunds are processed within 7-14 days after notification from customer and/or receipt of item. Refunds are returned through the original payment method used.

How to Return an Item 
1. Place the original package into a shipping carton. 
2. Add statement on the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. 
3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. 
4. We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as USPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer/customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 
5. Include all items packaging and paperwork.
